About Me
I hold an MSc in Interaction Design from Cyprus University of Technology and Tallinn University, and a BS in Sociology from Brigham Young University. As a UX researcher and designer with a strong foundation in human behavior, I have a soft spot for structured messiness, like affinity maps and moderated interviews.
Research is my favorite phase of the UX process. I thrive on turning murky user problems into actionable insights and believe good design doesn’t just look great—it works simply and intuitively for the people using it.
I recently earned my Google Data Analytics Certification and finished the Design Lab AI for UX Design course. My curiosity keeps me constantly learning, whether refining a journey map or testing out a new R script.
Outside the office, I’m fueled by Pepsi or Dr. Pepper, family ties, and the occasional watercolor painting session. My husband and I are raising six kids in the Arizona desert, where family adventures include baking, hiking, storytelling, and battling the glitter explosion that is craft time. Our Sphynx cat, Scarlett No’Hara, frequently moonlights as a surprise guest in Zoom meetings.
