About Allison

Allison holds an MSc in Interaction Design from Cyprus University of Technology and Tallinn University, and a BS in Sociology from Brigham Young University. She’s a UX researcher and designer with a strong foundation in human behavior—and a soft spot for structured messiness, like affinity maps and moderated interviews.

Research is her favorite phase of the UX process. She thrives on turning murky user problems into actionable insights, and believes good design doesn’t just look great—it works simply and intuitively for the people using it.

Allison recently earned her Google Data Analytics Certification and is currently diving deep into an AI for UX Design course. Her curiosity keeps her learning, whether she’s refining a journey map or testing out a new R script.

Outside the office, Allison is fueled by Pepsi or Dr. Pepper, family ties, and the occasional watercolor painting session. She and her husband are raising six kids in the Arizona desert, where family adventures include baking, hiking, storytelling, and battling the glitter explosion that is craft time. Their Sphynx cat, Scarlett No’Hara, frequently moonlights as a surprise guest in Zoom meetings.
